What Do We Provide?
Client Advocacy
Having an experienced and knowledgeable case manager by your side when making difficult decisions about you or your loved one's healthcare provides a sense of security that will put you at ease. Our case managers are committed to respecting and caring for our clients in the best possible way.
Structure
A case manager is your personal spokesperson and advocate. They quarterback your care by coordinating with each member of your medical team. We coordinate with a diverse range of professionals including registered nurses, social workers, paralegals, physical therapy assistants, educational specialists, and psychologists.
Transitional Planning
Acute care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and home modifications are a few examples of the transitional phase. Having an experienced and dedicated case manager on your side during this difficult time will make your transitions seamless.
Legal Nurse Consulting
Analyze and evaluate the facts and testimony and render informed opinions related to the delivery of nursing and other healthcare services and outcomes, and the nature and cause of injuries. We use medical expertise to advise on legal cases and sometimes appear in court.
Certified Life Care Plan
A certified life care planner is considered a type of case management nurse. Instead of planning and coordinating a patient's medical care for a short period of time, however, a life care planner is responsible for creating a care plan for the rest of a patient's life.
Certified Cannabis Nurse
Cannabis nursing requires that the nurse be educated in multiple areas above and beyond all registered nurse competencies, including knowledge of: The endocannabinoid system, Cannabis therapeutics, Cannabinoids, Terpenoids, Cannabis laboratory testing requirements, Potential medication interactions, Advocacy, Ethics and Law.
